The ULTRAMAX System is designed as a tool for the management and calculation of detailed Ultrasonic test data. In addition to the UT resources provided in MAXI-TRAK, ULTRAMAX will:
  • Calculate life of equipment, corrosion rates, loss rates and Tmin.
  • Track Detailed UT reading information.
  • Graph UT readings over time.
  • Generate detailed and summary UT reporting.
  • Output directly into templates for MAXILOAD.

The ULTRAMAX system is designed to work in correlation with the MAXI-TRAK Corrosion Monitoring database. The ULTRAMAX system stores detailed inventory information along with data from UT inspections. It uses this information to perform standard UT calculations. These calculations are used to produce reports on the condition of the equipment and whether the company is complying with the requirements of the approved Quality Assurance Inspection Manual.

Excerpts from ULTRAMAX can be electronically transferred into MAXI-TRAK using MAXILOAD.
